About Us

McFaddy founder Kate Ellis came out of three days of back surgery with a straight spine and clear vision: to start her own company and do it using her mom's toffee recipe.  But like all things Katherine loves, it had to be unique!

Like many women, Kate has always appreciated high quality ingredients and beautiful packaging, and she knew she wanted to present her toffee in a visually-appealing way, that was also good for the environment.
